Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery. The product should be unused and in original packaging.
Opened or used tea products, consumable goods, and items without original packaging are not eligible for return.
Contact us with your order details. After approval, you will receive instructions to return the product.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection. Amount will be credited to original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).
We may offer a replacement for damaged or defective products depending on availability.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
